Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 4 April 2026
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using any services offered by TyrePatrol247. By placing a booking or requesting a dispatch through our website, telephone line, or any other communication channel, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.
Service Description
TyrePatrol247 operates as a dispatch and booking platform that connects customers with independent, self-employed mobile tyre technicians and vehicle recovery operators across Manchester and the surrounding Greater Manchester areas.
TyrePatrol247 does not itself perform any physical tyre fitting, puncture repair, breakdown recovery, jump start, or any other roadside assistance work. All physical work is carried out by independent third-party technicians and operators who are responsible for the standard and quality of their own workmanship.
Our services facilitate the coordination and dispatch of the following:
- Emergency mobile tyre fitting
- Puncture assessment and repair
- Breakdown vehicle recovery
- Battery jump starts and roadside assistance
Booking & Dispatch Fee
When you place a booking through TyrePatrol247, a non-refundable booking and dispatch fee of between £20 and £30 is required to secure priority dispatch of a technician to your location. The exact amount will be confirmed at the time of booking.
This fee serves to secure the immediate dispatch of the nearest available technician and covers the administrative and coordination costs of the service. The booking fee is deducted from the technician's final invoice for the completed work, meaning you will not be charged twice for the dispatch.
If you cancel your booking after a technician has already been dispatched to your location, the booking fee is non-refundable, as the dispatch has been actioned and costs have been incurred. Please refer to Section 7 (Cancellation Policy) for full details.
Pricing & Estimates
All prices, quotes, and estimates displayed on the TyrePatrol247 website, provided over the telephone, or communicated via SMS or any other channel are indicative only and do not constitute a binding offer or fixed price.
Final pricing will be confirmed by the attending technician upon arrival and assessment of the vehicle and the work required. The technician will provide a confirmed price before commencing any work, and you have the right to decline the service at that point.
However, should you decline the work after a technician has been dispatched, the booking and dispatch fee remains non-refundable as the dispatch has already occurred and associated costs have been incurred by the technician and by TyrePatrol247.
Prices may vary depending on factors including but not limited to: tyre size and specification, vehicle type, time of day, location accessibility, and urgency of the callout.
Limitation of Liability
TyrePatrol247 acts solely as an intermediary between customers and independent mobile tyre technicians and recovery operators. We do not employ the technicians, and they are not our agents, employees, or subcontractors.
TyrePatrol247 shall not be held liable for:
- The quality, standard, or outcome of any physical work performed by attending technicians or recovery operators
- Any damage to your vehicle, property, or person arising from work carried out by a technician
- Any delay in arrival beyond the estimated response time
- The availability of specific tyre sizes, brands, or parts
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our service
All attending technicians and recovery operators carry their own professional indemnity and public liability insurance and are solely responsible for the standard of their work. Any complaints regarding the quality of physical work performed should be directed to the attending technician in the first instance.
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
GPS & Location Accuracy
It is the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate and precise location when placing a booking. This includes the correct street address, postcode, or GPS coordinates, along with any relevant landmarks or access instructions.
TyrePatrol247 shall not be liable for any delays, additional costs, or inability to provide service caused by inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading location information provided by the customer.
If a technician is unable to locate you due to incorrect information and the booking must be cancelled or rebooked, the original booking fee remains non-refundable and a further dispatch fee may apply.
Payment Terms
The booking and dispatch fee is collected by TyrePatrol247 at the time of booking via the payment method specified during the booking process.
The remaining balance for the completed work, after deduction of the booking fee, is payable directly to the attending technician upon completion of the work at your location.
Payment methods accepted on-site vary by individual technician and may include cash, card payment, or bank transfer. TyrePatrol247 does not guarantee that all payment methods will be available with every technician. If you require a specific payment method, please confirm this at the time of booking.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your booking free of charge provided that a technician has not yet been dispatched to your location. In such cases, a full refund of the booking fee will be issued.
Once a technician has been dispatched, the booking fee becomes non-refundable. This is because the dispatch has been actioned and real costs have been incurred by both TyrePatrol247 and the technician, including fuel, time, and the reservation of availability.
If TyrePatrol247 is unable to dispatch a technician to your location for any reason, a full refund of the booking fee will be issued.
No-shows by the customer after a technician has been dispatched and arrived at the specified location will be treated as a cancellation, and the booking fee will not be refunded.
Data Protection & Privacy

Personal data collected during the booking process, including your name, telephone number, vehicle details, and location, is used solely for the purpose of arranging and dispatching the service you have requested.
